Kathleen is currently a French elementary school teacher in Toronto, Canada. She grew up in Canada, but moved to Haiti shortly after obtaining her education degree from Queen’s University. From 2010 – 2021, she spent eleven years doing education work in Port-au-Prince and various rural regions across Haiti, working as a teacher in local schools and later leading a professional development team that provided training and pedagogical coaching for Haitian school directors and teachers. Kathleen believes that quality education should be accessible to all children and she is passionate about continuing to promote this through Haiti Projects.
