Blandine Jean-Paul

Blandine Jean-Paul, MBA has led the development of strategies for some iconic brands—Diageo, Heineken, Red Stripe, Guinness beers, Hasbro, and ESPN. She is the Marketing Director at Elevated Roots, a vertically integrated cannabis operation in the South Shore.  She is also an adjunct professor at Bridgewater State University and Franklin Cummings InstitutE and a member of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts. 

Prior to that, she was Vice President, Brand and Marketing for Ethos Cannabis and Garden Remedies. She was also Hasbro Toys’ Sr. Director of Global Brand Strategy and Marketing and her job was to bring smiles to children everywhere promoting their most iconic brands: Play-Doh, Mr. Potato Head, and Playskool, just to name but a few. 

She spent three years as an expat in Jamaica working as the Head of Marketing and Innovation for Diageo and Heineken where she was instrumental with launching the “What’s Good” campaign for Red Stripe beer. She spent nearly a decade at ESPN where she was the catalyst for a $140 million in revenue--digital, mobile, print, and promotional strategies for content including Major League Baseball, MMA, the ESPY Awards, Boxing, and other notable programming. 

Born in New York, she is a first-generation American born to immigrant parents who migrated to the US in the late 1960’s from Haiti. She graduated from Boston College with a BA in Communications, and later earned her MBA in Marketing and International Management from Northeastern University. Currently, she resides in Massachusetts and when you ask about her two greatest accomplishments, you will undoubtedly hear about her two young adult children, Alexander, and Simone.
