Education
At Haiti Projects, we recognize that investment in education has unlimited returns. We are excited about working with Haitians to help them meet the challenges and opportunities of their country's transformation. Building on fourteen years of tuition assistance to children and adults in rural Fond des Blancs, we are implementing a forward-leaning education vision.
Our expanded Community Library, now under construction, will be home to a learning center that will offer classes in practical skills such as basic English, computer use, financial literacy, business management, and health. A growing collection of books in Kreyol, English, and French, public Internet access, book clubs, and visiting mentors will enhance our ability to reach, teach, and inspire thousands of people in the Fond des Blancs region.
